NCM MCP server — backend

This is the API backend for NCM MCP server (private memory across all your AI models).

Endpoints

`POST /mcp/whitelist`	Tier + HW fingerprint check (called by ncm-mcp-server binary every 11 reads)
`POST /mcp/register`	HW fingerprint anchor registration (called once after install)
`GET /account/devices`	Browser portal for device slot management (max 2 devices per subscription)
`POST /paddle/webhook`	Paddle subscription events (Alpha stub: 503; Beta deploy: production)
